Chocolate Protein Balls with Pumpkin Seeds

Indulge in these chocolate pumpkin seed Protein balls, a delicious and nutritious treat packed with omega-3, fibre, and 7g of protein per ball. Velvety coconut milk, creamy peanut butter, and sweet honey blend perfectly with crunchy pumpkin seeds and chocolate chips, creating a rich, satisfying snack. Perfect for a post-workout boost or a guilt-free dessert, these balls are as healthy as they are tasty.

 

Ingredients:

  • 400g Chocolate Brownie protein bar mix
  • 300ml coconut milk
  • 80g peanut butter
  • 40g honey
  • 10g pumpkin seeds
  • 10g chocolate chips

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add the 400g of Chocolate Brownie protein bar mix to a large bowl. Pour in 300ml of coconut milk. Add 80g of peanut butter and 40g of honey. Finally, mix in 10g of pumpkin seeds and 10g of chocolate chips.
  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir all the ingredients together with a sturdy spoon or spatula until everything is well combined and the mixture is uniform.
  3. Shape the Balls: Once the mixture has a dough consistency. Scoop out a bite-sized amount and roll into balls. The best thing is - you choose the size and shape.
  4. Chill: Place the balls in the fridge for at least 20 minutes or until they become firm. 
  5. Enjoy: Remove the balls from the fridge. Your chocolate brownie protein balls are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
