Ingredients:
- 1 bag of original protein bar mix (360g)
- 300ml oat milk
- 80g peanut butter
- 40g honey
- 200g dark chocolate
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
Instructions:
- Combine Ingredients: Add 1 bag of original mix to a large bowl. Pour in 300ml of oat milk. Add 80g of peanut butter and 40g of honey.
- Mix Thoroughly: Stir all the ingredients together with a sturdy spoon or spatula until everything is well combined and the mixture is uniform.
- Shape the Bars: Spoon the mixture into silicone protein bar moulds, pressing down firmly to ensure even and compact bars.
- Melt the Chocolate: Use a double boiler to melt the 200g of dark chocolate. Once melted, pour it evenly over the moulded bars.
- Sprinkle with Salt: Sprinkle sea salt flakes over the melted chocolate.
- Chill: Place the filled moulds in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow the bars to set and firm up.
- Enjoy: Remove the bars from the fridge and pop them out of the moulds. Your salted dark chocolate protein bars are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
