White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bars

Indulge in our White Chocolate Raspberry Protein Bars, a heavenly combination of smooth white chocolate and tangy raspberries, mixed with creamy oat milk for a luscious texture. With 20g of protein per bar, they’re the perfect snack to fuel your day or satisfy your sweet cravings. The natural sweetness of honey and the rich peanut butter blend seamlessly with the fresh burst of raspberry flavour, creating a treat that’s both nutritious and delicious. Perfect for a post-gym snack or a guilt-free indulgence!

Ingredients:

  • 1 bag of original protein bar mix (360g)
  • 300ml oat milk
  • 80g peanut butter
  • 40g honey
  • 200g white chocolate
  • 30g freeze-dried raspberries (or 50g fresh raspberries)

Instructions:

  1. Combine Ingredients: Add 1 bag of the original protein bar mix to a large bowl. Pour in 300ml of oat milk. Add 80g of peanut butter and 40g of honey.

  2. Mix Thoroughly: Stir all the ingredients together with a sturdy spoon or spatula until everything is well combined and the mixture is uniform.

  3. Shape the Bars: Spoon the mixture into silicone protein bar moulds, pressing down firmly to ensure even and compact bars.

  4. Melt the White Chocolate: Use a double boiler to melt the 200g of white chocolate. Once melted, pour it evenly over the moulded bars.

  5. Add Raspberries: Immediately sprinkle the freeze-dried raspberries (or fresh raspberries) over the melted white chocolate, pressing them in slightly to stick.

  6. Chill: Place the filled moulds in the refrigerator for at least 20 minutes to allow the bars to set and firm up.

  7. Enjoy: Remove the bars from the fridge and pop them out of the moulds. Your white chocolate raspberry protein bars are ready to enjoy. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
